noise
Skrow018
Skrow! is excited (and by that we mean aroused) to provide this attractively titled EP, being the debut (Skrow! or otherwise) of mysterious experimental witch doctor, Thaumaturgist (I’m using too many parentheticals). The collection opens with the way “Riders of Doom” should have sounded all along, and never looks back; barraging you artfully with a chiptune glitch fugue of epic proportions, a deconstructed piece of minimalist piano beauty, a raucous ode to corpulent cats, a blasting expression of dissent against grain-based foods, and an advertisement for cybernetic fuckmachines. So, basically, it covers all the bases. We suggest giving your home theatre speakers a workout and cranking this shit to 11. The neighbours love it. Don’t forget to pull out!

In which we release an EP of noise.
The supplier had this to say about the assortment of audio files that accompanied the lazy art-bullshit (bullshit-art? I can’t decide) excuse for cover art I just said art like five times in one sentence and no I swear I’m not “on something” right now unless maybe sleep deprivation counts as an abusable substance, which it probably should:
“The last Bukkake Earlobe release was some time ago, and I made this one mostly because I’m sick of music. Random samplesets were loaded into my tracker of choice and then I just mashed my hands across the keyboard for a few seconds. I bounced the results to Cubase and mangled them as is my wont to do. You know, I was just thinking about how much paisley patterns look like paramecia. My almost-step-brother’s fiancee was wearing a skirt prominently featuring single-celled organisms today!”
…And we’re back. Please enjoy some lovely noise at our expense. My kitchen is on fire.

Skrow! is proud to present our momentous tenth release (double digits, dammit!), and what makes it even better is that it’s another nifty nugget of noisome noise from our friendly neighbourhood Hemostat.
What makes this honour all the more honourable is that this collection is a reissue of Hemostat’s first forays into digital noise. Originally released 8 years ago on long out of print CD-R, this digital reissue is remastered, rehashed and reactuated, with additional material not appearing on the original release. 40 tracks of schizophrenic stereo subversion for your terror and bemusement. As always, we suggest playing this in your automobile at excessive volumes while gesturing obscenely at fellow motorists. Enjoy!

Cigarettes & Clip-Art - Tanks for the Mammaries (Cigarettes & Clip-Art remix) / Doin' Dishes (For Sure)
A remix of a remix, and a hot slab of experimental dance comprise this, the first release from the crudely drawn floating head which calls itself Cigarettes & Clip-Art, and also the first “single” release here on Skrow!.
The artist sent me an email with the following in description of the two-part, one-track medley:
“Slopped (literally slopped) together remix of Bukkake Earlobe’s “Tanks for the Mammaries”. It is full of bells and whistles (not literally), and a snare drum that had no business sneaking up behind me.”
I’m not entirely certain how a floating head goes about sending an email, though I would imagine there’s telekinesis involved. Watch out for that! Meanwhile, enjoy this.

A pile of steaming mass-produced feces destroyed for your listening displeasure, this was actually done awhile back when a certain major label hip hop producer used questionable methods of producing hits and oh wait that’s not going to cut it down much is it well in any event this was sat on for far too long and has unfortunately somewhat lost its relevance. Fortunately for all of you, dear listeners, the music industry still carries on! *INTERNET SARCASM*
Please play this in your motor vehicle at high volumes while giving that puerile blonde girl singing along to the R&B hits of perpetuity next to you the finger. Do this for the sake of mankind.

Zounds! Sounds!
Digital deconstructions of old 2-track tape recordings of acoustic guitar by one Allen Thompson. Having been chopped, spliced, mangled, and all the other usual ‘Lobery, they become droning blasts of power noise with a melodic undercurrent. Play it loud and scare your neighbours.

- Grumble of the Squonks (4:50)
- Eat a Bowl of Dicks (1:58)
- Darth Meatl (2:07)
- Monolithic Dominoes (5:53)
Skrow002
The long awaited collaboration between two seminal noise artists. Each artist offered up chunks of madness to be further deconstructed, reconstructed, and otherwise just buggered up by the other. Over 70 minutes of gratuitous screeching for your consumption and enjoyment. Bon appetit!

A slew of disparate influences bring together this, the primal debut of Cleveland, Ohio’s own Bukkake Earlobe and the launch release of the fine burgeoning netlabel you see before you. Drones steeped in noise soak in harsh noise buried in drone while the occasional hint of melody pokes its head out of the roiling miasma to scream briefly for help before the cacophonous echoes of its own orgiastic dying throes obscure it forever.
Listening requirements: high volume, large speakers, open windows, lack of pants.
